Marinated Baked Pork Chops Print

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 6 pork chops, trimmed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, thoroughly blend soy sauce, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, and ketchup.
- Place pork chops in a medium baking dish and spread with ½ the sauce.
- Bake pork chops 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Turn and spread with the remaining sauce. Continue baking for 30 minutes, or until internal temperature is has reached 160°F.
Cook’s Tip:
Try marinating the pork chops over night. This will allow the flavor to set into the chops. Also, when you turn the pork chop, drain the liquid before adding the remaining marinade.
